Mount for MAXPV Vest

The 100MPV is the only compatible mount for the MAXPV Vest; the most secure choice for use in personal vehicles. The 100MPV connects to the tether anchor that’s located behind the seat of a personal vehicle. It has four tethering hooks that anchor the two D-Rings at the waist of the vest, and the two D-Rings at the shoulders of the vest. All connections end up behind the seat, out of reach of the passenger.


  • Meets FMVSS113
  • Use only with EZ-ON Compatible vest; MaxPV
  • For passengers over 31lbs
  • If you know you will need the 100H, it must be requested at the time of purchase. However, it can be purchased on its own if you already have the product.
  • Install the 100H if the passenger’s weight exceeds the vehicle’s tether anchor weight (check owner’s manual).
  • Instructions for 100H are found on the anchor kit assembly bag and video instructions on website.
  • Cannot be used with a booster seat.
  • Cannot be used in a sedan or pickup truck .
  • If passenger is over 4’9” use seatbelt as vehicle manufacture intended, this product will transition to a positioning device.
  • Must use factory seatbelt
  • Product must be used on a seat with a factory tether anchor point on the back side of the seat.
  • Recommended replacement 6 years after date of manufacturing.

  • Washing Instructions

    Cold water only. Hand or Machine wash on delicate cycle. Use a mild detergent such as woolite. Do not Machine Dry. IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE BLEACH OR DRY-CLEANING PRODUCTS.

  • Warranty

    EZ-ON Products stands behind the products we make. Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. We will repair or replace product defects for 1 year from manufacturer date.

  • Warning

    Death or serious injury can occur if manufacturer's instructions are not followed correctly. All EZ-ON Products are dynamically tested to meet NHTSA standards. Please follow washing instructions on product tag. Replace product if it is damaged, frayed or has been in a crash. Recommended replacement after six years. EZ-ON Products are not liable for injury if these recommendations are not followed.

The MAXPV Vest is the most secure choice for use on personal vehicles. The vest has many features to ensure the safety and security of the wearer and prevent unintended removal. This is typically recommended for “Houdinis” who have a tendency to try to remove their safety gear. The MAXPV is a great option for anyone looking for a safe, secure way to transport a wide variety of passengers.

  • Must be used with EZ-ON Compatible mounts; 100MPV
  • Cannot be used in a sedan or pickup truck.

  • All vest sizes come with crotch straps meeting NHTSA guidelines
  • When heavy clothing, like winter jackets, are worn, the vest must be worn underneath
  • Available accessories; neck pads, wrists straps and upper arms straps
  • Recommended replacement 6 years after date of manufacturing.
